- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until the sauce thickens slightly (about 2-3 minutes).
- Place the shrimp in a greased baking dish. Pour the creamy garlic sauce over the shrimp.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and breadcrumbs evenly over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the shrimp are pink and cooked through, and the topping is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired. Serve hot with crusty bread or rice.
Notes
You can use pre-cooked shrimp to save time; just reduce the cooking time by 5 minutes.
Swap mozzarella with Gruyère or Swiss cheese for a different flavor profile.
Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
