- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside. 
- Season the chicken chunks with salt and pepper. 
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. 
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken, stirring to coat evenly. Let it simmer for 5 minutes until the sauce thickens. 
- Garnish with sesame seeds and cilantro if desired. 
- Serve over steamed rice or with your favorite side dishes.
