  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Method
