Method
- In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the bone broth until steaming but not boiling.
 - Whisk in cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt.
 - Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined, about 3-5 minutes.
 - Remove from heat and pour into mugs.
 - Garnish with dark chocolate shavings if desired.
