Ingredients
  

2 cups beef or chicken bone broth (unsalted) (500 ml)
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder 15 g
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk or whole milk 60 ml
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract 2.5 ml
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon optional
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Dark chocolate shavings for garnish, optional

Method
 

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, warm the bone broth until steaming but not boiling.
  2. Whisk in cocoa powder, honey (or maple syrup), coconut milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  3. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and well combined, about 3-5 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and pour into mugs.
  5. Garnish with dark chocolate shavings if desired.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
