- Cook the Pudding: Gradually whisk in milk, ensuring no lumps form. Heat over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture thickens.
- Add Strawberry Puree: Stir the strawberry puree into the thickened mixture. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Cool and Chill: Remove from heat, pour into serving cups, and allow to cool. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
Adjust the sugar level based on the sweetness of the strawberries.
Use a strainer for the puree if you prefer a smoother texture.
