  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tbsp butter for basting
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Method

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, gram flour, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder, chaat masala, mustard oil, and salt to form a marinade.
  2. Add paneer, bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes to the marinade. Mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
