Prepare the Steak: Pat dry the steak cubes with a paper towel and season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.
Heat the Pan: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
Sear the Steak Bites: Add the steak pieces in a single layer and cook for 2 minutes per side until browned. Do not overcrowd the pan.
Add Butter & Garlic: Reduce heat to medium, add butter and minced garlic, and toss the steak bites for 1–2 minutes to coat in the garlic butter.
Rest & Serve: Remove from heat, let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve warm
