Ingredients
  

  • 1 head Broccoli – wash dry, and cut into florets
  • 250 grams Kielbasa – slice into 1/4 inch thick rounds
  • 1 medium Onion – chop into suitable sizes for sautéing
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil – for sautéing
  • Salt – to taste optional
  • Black pepper – to taste optional

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced kielbasa and sauté for 3–4 minutes until lightly browned.
  3. Add chopped onions and continue cooking for 2–3 minutes until translucent.
  4. Toss in the broccoli florets and stir everything well.
  5. Cover the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is tender yet crisp.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy your quick and flavorful dinner!
