  • 36 Oreo cookies crushed
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 16 oz whipped topping divided
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix 3.9 oz each
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 1 es chocolate shavings or crushed Oreos for topping optional

Method
 

Prepare the Crust:
  1. Crush Oreos into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into a 9x13-inch pan to form a crust. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the layers.
Make the Cheesecake Layer:

Prepare the Pudding Layer:
