Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, garlic, oregano, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Optionally, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs for 2-3 minutes on each side before baking.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C).
- Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh parsley or basil to the meat mixture.
These meatballs freeze well for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C).
