Prepare Ingredients – Clean the shrimp, slice the sausage, and chop the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
Cook the Sausage – In a large pan, heat 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the sausage slices and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
Sauté the Shrimp – In the same pan, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add shrimp, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Cook the Broccoli – Add broccoli to the pan and sauté for 3 minutes until slightly tender.
Make the Honey Garlic Sauce – In a small bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Pour into the pan with broccoli.
Combine Everything – Return the sausage and shrimp to the pan, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
Thicken the Sauce – Stir in the cornstarch slurry, mix well, and let the sauce thicken for about a minute.
Serve & Enjoy – Remove from heat and serve hot over rice or noodles.
