- Prepare Garlic Butter: In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.
- Mix Filling: In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and half of the prepared garlic butter. Mix until well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble Wraps: Lay a tortilla flat and spoon 1/4 of the chicken mixture onto the center. Fold the sides over and roll tightly into a wrap. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
- Cook Wraps: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Place each wrap seam-side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, brushing with the remaining garlic butter, until golden brown and crispy.
- Rest and Serve: Allow wraps to rest for 2 minutes before cutting in half. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve warm.
Notes
For extra flavor, you can add a dash of smoked paprika or chili flakes to the filling.
Serve with a side of fresh salad or dipping sauce like ranch or garlic aioli.
