Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen corn cooked
  • 2 cups popcorn chicken frozen or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cups 1.5 brown gravy
  • 1 tbsp butter optional, for potatoes
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley optional, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare Mashed Potatoes:
  1. Heat the mashed potatoes in a saucepan or microwave until hot. Stir in butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
Cook Popcorn Chicken:
  1. Bake or air fry the popcorn chicken at 200°C for 15–20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Heat Corn and Gravy:
  1. Warm the corn and brown gravy in separate pans or in the microwave.
Assemble the Bowl:
  1. In a serving bowl, layer mashed potatoes, followed by a scoop of corn, crispy popcorn chicken, and shredded cheese.
Top It Off:
  1. Pour hot gravy over the top and let the cheese melt slightly.
Garnish & Serve:
  1. Optionally garnish with chopped parsley. Let rest 5 minutes and serve hot!
