Method
Prepare Mashed Potatoes:
- Heat the mashed potatoes in a saucepan or microwave until hot. Stir in butter, salt, and pepper to taste.
Cook Popcorn Chicken:
- Bake or air fry the popcorn chicken at 200°C for 15–20 minutes or until crispy and golden.
Heat Corn and Gravy:
- Warm the corn and brown gravy in separate pans or in the microwave.
Assemble the Bowl:
- In a serving bowl, layer mashed potatoes, followed by a scoop of corn, crispy popcorn chicken, and shredded cheese.
Top It Off:
- Pour hot gravy over the top and let the cheese melt slightly.
Garnish & Serve:
- Optionally garnish with chopped parsley. Let rest 5 minutes and serve hot!
Notes
- You can use air fryer popcorn chicken for a healthier version.
- Substitute brown gravy with chicken or mushroom gravy if preferred.
