  • 100 g unsalted butter, melted

  • 450 g cream cheese, softened
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 250 ml heavy whipping cream
For the Strawberry Crunch Topping:
  • 100 g freeze-dried strawberries, crushed
  • 100 g golden Oreos, crushed
  • 50 g unsalted butter, melted
For Decoration (Optional):
  • Fresh strawberries, sliced

Method
 

Prepare the Crust:
  1. Crush the graham crackers into fine crumbs using a food processor or a rolling pin.
  2. Mix with melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  4. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Add vanilla extract and mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.

  3. Prepare the Strawberry Crunch Topping:
