- Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, cilantro, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and hot sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the Patties: Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and shape them into patties. Let them rest in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Cook the Patties:
- For Pan-Frying: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.
- For Baking: Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 18-20 minutes, flipping halfway.
