- Flatten each biscuit dough round with your hands or a rolling pin.
- Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each dough round.
- Fold the edges of the dough around the filling, pinching to seal and forming a ball.
- Arrange the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm, with your favorite dipping sauces if desired.
