Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef 450g
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 100g
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough 8 pieces
  • 3 tsp butter, melted 45g
  • 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese 30g
  • 1 tsp dried parsley

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Flatten each biscuit dough round with your hands or a rolling pin.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cooked beef mixture and shredded cheddar cheese in the center of each dough round.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough around the filling, pinching to seal and forming a ball.
  6. Arrange the balls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush each ball with melted butter and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese and dried parsley.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  9. Serve warm, with your favorite dipping sauces if desired.

Notes

You can substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
Experiment with different cheese types like mozzarella or pepper jack for varied flavors.
These bombs can be prepped ahead of time and baked fresh when needed.
